The Hiser Racing Team started way back in 1990, when Ed Hiser built his first "Detroit Iron" for Butler Motor Speedway. It was a 1979 Chevrolet Impala, with a big beastly V-8! He raced at Butler for 3 years before his son, Zach Hiser was born.

When Zach was 4 years old, we purchased a "yard cart" for him to play around in the yard with. He soon discovered the fun of "go fast turn left!" It was then we realized we had a "natural."

Halloween

At four years old..he knew what he wanted to be!

In the summer of 2005, we visited a track by the name of Mottville Speedway in White Pigeon, Michigan. They had a class called "Mini-Thunder" which consisted of 4 or 6 cylinder, front wheel drive cars. While watching these little cars race around the track, we discussed the idea of Zachary racing these cars one day. Little did we know how soon that would be!
